You are welcome to bring your device directly to us. We are located at 30 rue de l’Industrie, L-8069 Strassen, Luxembourg. Our team will be happy to assist you in person during our opening hours.
Can you fix liquid damage?
Yes, absolutely! We have a very high success rate restoring liquid-damaged devices and advanced circuit repair.
Important: If you spill liquid, power it off immediately, do not try to charge it, and bring it to us as soon as possible. Fast action is the best way to prevent permanent corrosion.
How long does a repair take?
It depends of the issue but most standard repairs are completed within 1–3 business days. For more complex logic board or micro-soldering tasks, it may take a bit longer if specific rare components need to be sourced. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process so you always know the status of your device.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
No, not like others! Our initial diagnostic is completely free. We believe you should know what’s wrong before you pay. The free diagnostic covers the expert time required to disassemble, inspect, and identify the fault in your device. If it’s not fixable or not worth the repair, you don’t owe us a cent.
Once the diagnostic is complete, we will provide a fixed quote (starting from 99€ for board repairs) for your approval.
